Customer Support Hours
Our regular support hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.
All support requests are answered by email in the order received. We typically reply within a few hours during normal business hours, and we often answer outside of official support hours when possible.

Product Questions
If you are unsure about the differences between hemp flower, CBD flower, THCA flower, gummies, vapes, or other cannabinoid products, please review our product information before ordering.
We are happy to answer general product questions, but customers are responsible for understanding what they are purchasing and whether a product is appropriate for their needs, location, and situation.
Shipping and Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or appears to be stuck in transit, contact us with your order number and we’ll help review the shipment.
Many delivery issues are carrier-specific, but we will help as much as possible and act as a liaison when needed. We stand behind delivery and will work with you toward a fair resolution when there is a clear shipping problem.

We are a small online business, not a giant marketplace or shipping carrier. We genuinely want to help, and respectful communication makes it much easier for us to solve problems quickly.
We reserve the right to refuse abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or unreasonable requests, but most customers are reasonable and we do our best to take care of them.
