How to Access Your Rewards

To view or use your rewards, make sure you are logged in to your Green Nursery store account.

On most pages, you can open the rewards panel by clicking the green rewards bubble near the bottom left of the screen. The rewards bubble may not appear on checkout or account pages, so it is best to apply your rewards before starting checkout.

Points Expiration

Rewards points currently expire after 6 months. To avoid losing points, check your rewards balance regularly and use your points throughout the year.

We may send reminder emails when points are close to expiring. To make sure you receive those reminders, check your spam or junk folder and add Green Nursery emails to your allowed senders list.

How to Redeem Rewards

After opening the rewards panel, sign in if prompted, then look for the available rewards options in your account.

Depending on the current rewards setup, you may be able to choose how many points or dollars you want to redeem. The rewards panel will show the latest available redemption options and conversion rates.

If the panel shows a slider, use it to choose how much you want to redeem, then follow the prompts to apply the reward.

Store Credit Rewards

Some rewards convert into store credit on your Green Nursery account. Store credit stays on your account until you manually apply it to an order.

Store credit is often the easiest redemption option because you do not need to copy and paste a discount code at checkout. When you reach the payment section, your available store credit should appear as an option that can be applied to the order.

You may also be able to leave store credit unused if you want to save it for a future purchase.

Using Rewards at Checkout

Apply your rewards before completing checkout. If a reward does not appear during checkout, return to the store page where the rewards bubble is visible, open the rewards panel, and check your available redemption options.

Because the rewards bubble may not show on every checkout or account screen, it is easier to redeem before you begin the final checkout steps.

Rewards and Coupons

Rewards, store credit, and coupon codes may be treated differently at checkout. Some rewards may combine with coupon promotions, while others may have restrictions depending on the promotion, product, or checkout rules.

If a coupon or reward does not apply, check whether the offer has expired, whether the product qualifies, and whether the reward or coupon can be combined with other discounts.

Program Changes

Green Nursery may update, pause, or discontinue the rewards program at our discretion. We do not currently have plans to discontinue the program, but this policy gives us room to manage the program responsibly if store, app, or checkout conditions change.

If rewards were ever discontinued, we would make reasonable efforts to give customers time and notice to use existing rewards where possible.
