Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is currently available for eligible orders in the contiguous United States when your cart reaches the current free shipping threshold.

At this time, free standard shipping appears at checkout when $49 or more in eligible products is added to the cart. Your exact shipping options and estimated transit times are shown in the cart after you enter your state and ZIP code.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use the United States Postal Service for shipping because USPS permits the legal shipment of eligible hemp products.

Carrier options may be limited because not all carriers allow hemp or cannabinoid products. We cannot always offer alternate shipping carriers, and we cannot control carrier delays once a package is in transit.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days.

Priority Mail orders placed by 1:30 PM Eastern Time are usually shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, over the weekend, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Overnight orders placed before Friday’s cutoff usually arrive Monday, since weekend delivery availability depends on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Days and Transit Times

Shipping estimates are based on business days and carrier transit schedules. For example, a 2-day shipment placed on Thursday will generally arrive Monday because the two transit days are Friday and Monday.

Similarly, a 3-day shipment shipped on Wednesday may arrive Monday. Priority Mail transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Your actual estimated transit time is shown in the cart when you enter your shipping location.

Shipping Rates

If your order does not qualify for free shipping or you choose an upgraded shipping method, available shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

Flat-rate shipping options may be available, with rates starting as low as $3.99 when eligible.

APO and FPO Addresses

We ship to APO and FPO addresses where eligible. Standard shipping to APO/FPO addresses may take longer than the usual estimated delivery window, especially for heavier packages that may travel by Parcel Post.

For faster delivery to APO/FPO addresses, choose Priority Mail at checkout when available.

Orders Over $300

For orders over $300, we may add signature confirmation to help ensure delivery accuracy and protect against delivery discrepancies.

Large orders may also receive additional review before shipment for address accuracy, product eligibility, or fraud prevention.

Non-Deliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an insufficient, incomplete, or incorrect address, we can usually help in one of two ways:

• Reship the order after a $15 reshipment fee is paid.
• Issue a refund minus up to a 15% restocking fee to help cover shipping and processing costs already incurred.

Missing Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, first contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Delivery scans are usually GPS verified, and many missing packages are found with neighbors, apartment offices, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or other household members.

Green Nursery is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you review the situation and identify the best next step.

State Shipping Restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped to certain states due to state guidelines, product rules, or compliance restrictions.
